How do I know if I’m moderate or advanced complexity?

Moderate Complexity (Ivory and Ruby Packages) – Ideal for mild to moderate corrections.
If you’ve had braces before and your teeth have slightly relapsed or moved out of alignment, the Ivory/Ruby Package is often the most suitable option. It’s designed to correct moderate issues efficiently and effectively. We use this in 70-80% of cases.
Advanced Complexity (Power & Power PLUS Packages) – As the name suggests, it offers more power to treat complex cases.
If you have more severe crowding or crossbites — the Power Package is designed for you. It allows for unlimited aligners, giving us the ability to correct more challenging smiles.
In these instances, only Dr Nicola Kielt can provide a solution via Invisalign Comprehensive Power Packages.

Yes it is possible to straighten one arch only. However, we often need to do upper and lower to achieve a comfortable bite at the end. We can assess and advise during your consultation! Costs for one arch Invisalign are normally £2,850.

Yes, your teeth and gums must be healthy before we begin any Invisalign journey. We take x-rays at your assessment and can carry out preliminary general dental work if you prefer. This is why we are the perfect people to sort out your crooked teeth. Adult patients come with ‘dental baggage’ so we’re in the perfect position to sort it all in one place!

This is a good question. Invisalign is ideal for individuals with mild to moderate tooth crowding or spacing. However, in cases of extreme crowding or significant discrepancies in jaw growth, a specialist Orthodontist's expertise might be required, and in rare situations, surgical intervention. We recommend patients below 18 years of age to consult an Orthodontist. Additionally, Invisalign serves as an excellent option for those who have experienced relapsed orthodontic treatments.

If funding yourself, we ask for a payment of £350 for the clincheck stage, and £1,500 to generate the aligners before the fit aligner appointment. The remaining balance can be paid over the course of the treatment in intervals!

Yes! We offer finance at a rate of 9.9% over 24/36 months.

Following your first consultation, we can proceed to the next stage called a clincheck. A CLINCHECK is a 3D animation of how each aligner will straighten your teeth. You see the end position and the number of weeks it will take to get you there! This part costs £350 (and is included in your package priced above). If you pay this at your first consultation then you can potentially be in your aligners within 4 weeks.
